The Ghost of Gone Birds Exhibition features the likes of Jamie Hewlett (Gorillaz), Sir Peter Blake (The Beatles Sgt. INCLUDING ME BABY!!! :D so come see this truly brilliant exhibition in the heart of the east end.

The best 10 designs will then be taken to the next stage where Guy Garvey from the band Elbow, Jimi Goodwin from the band Doves and Marc Riley, the DJ from BBC 6 music will choose their fave 2 designs to be printed for The Ghost of Gone Birds Exhibition in Shoreditch.

A seductively talented artist brought me back a special Willy Wonka chocolate bar, in which i won a gold ticket! Her brother, also an engaging mastermind of illustration, took some pictures of me performing on his guitar as a result of my great fortune.

Thus the joy of chocolates and music is born!

The Postcard From Afar & My Tamagotchi 'Tank Face'

The narration of a scene explored on the card, in which the postcard itself goes through a personal but desperate journey to reach out to a loved one.

I was thinking about the idea of a personal battle, the kind that we may experience with other people or even a conflict within ourselves. I decided to put this idea within the context of besieged soldiers, the notion of fighting against something and hoping for a resolution.

The use of mix collage to give the effect of a design overwhelmed with different objects was a concept that I really wanted to explore. There’s so much to say but so little space to say it, I used this opportunity to experiment with the composition of the drawing.
